1. Rules for Tying Sacred Mauli

• Gentlemen & Unmarried Ladies: Tied upon the Right Wrist.
• Married Ladies: Tied upon the Left Wrist.
• Number of Wraps: Always wrap the sacred thread precisely 3 times (symbolizing Brahma, Vishnu, and Mahesh).

2. Respectful Removal & Disposal Rules

Replace faded Mauli threads on Tuesdays or Saturdays. Never dispose of used sacred thread in general garbage; bury it reverently under a Peepal tree or within clean soil.
